We are proud to have a dedicated architectural review committee to ensure the aesthetic integrity of the community and to ensure all architectural requests from Lot Owners are thoroughly reviewed. GROUNDS TEAM
At Hopewell Pointe, we understand the importance of having a well-maintained and beautiful outdoor space for you and your family to enjoy. That’s why we strive to provide top-tier grounds maintenance and landscaping services provided by experienced professionals. All Hopewell Pointe grounds maintenance is managed by Conway Property Management Group and they keep our common areas and your lawn looking great, no matter the season.
HOLIDAY DECORATING TEAM
The decorating team strives to make the community a more festive and inviting place by decorating for various seasonal holidays. HOSPITALITY TEAM
Our community spaces offer perfect places to come together with friends and neighbors for evenings of fun and celebration. Led by a team tasked with planning and implementing a community get-together every September, Hopewell Pointe strives to ensure that no one is ever without a reason to come together and enjoy the company of each other.
COMMUNITY POOL TEAM
At Hopewell Pointe, we are proud to offer our residents the best in community living. Our team of volunteers is dedicated to ensuring that our pool is a safe and enjoyable environment for all. This team is responsible for making sure that pool rules are enforced and that pool furniture is properly maintained and stored. They are also the liaison between Conway Management Company and the lifeguard on duty. With the help of our pool team, we are confident that our residents will have a wonderful swimming experience.
RESEARCH TEAM
At Hopewell Pointe, we understand the importance of staying informed and engaged with the issues that affect our community. That’s why we have a dedicated team tasked with researching various issues within our immediate community in order to discover facts and make recommendations to the Homeowners Association. Our members are passionate about providing the best advice for our homeowners, and are always looking for ways to help our community grow.
