"THE GARAGES ARE UNDER ROOF"
The first Garages ever offered at Hopewell Pointe II are underway. With room for only two buildings containing six garages each it is a unique opportunity for the waterfront community. In the planning stages the architects wanted to add a “carriage house appearance” to the community and once the doors are added that feeling will have been achieved.
Buyers have indicated that the garage gives them an opportunity to store and protect such things as an antique car or just set up a work bench with tools on which to do repairs.
Each garage has two interior lights and two electrical outlets. Electric garage door openers are now being offered. With drywall dividing each unit they offer an opportunity to protect the valuables that owners bring with them in a secure and dry place.
